Initially, we will meet you on-site at your home or business to assess the roof work needed. They will leave and do the calculations and give you a quote the following day. Should you decide to go forward (no hard sell tactics with us), we will give you a contract to sign.
Once signed and all the t’s are crossed and i’s are dotted, work will commence.
On the day of your roof project starts, our friendly roofer’s will give you a call when they are on their way to you so you aren’t waiting around. No one likes that.
When our folks get to your home, they will meet with you before the roofing project starts. They will ask about children and pets to make sure they are secure and everyone will be safe during the roofing activities. No one want a precocious toddler or a four-legged opportunistic fur ball to be running around an active job site. They will also talk to you about the old roofing debris that will be tossed onto your yard. Don’t sweat this. We will leave your yard all cleaned up every evening before we leave for the day.
Once they have the talked to you about details they need from you, they will get work diligently to do their best so you are happy with the your new or repaired roof.

Shingles? Depends on what you currently have if we are doing a repair. Chances are, we can get the same shingles you already have or, something that will closely match so your roof looks good. If you are getting a new roof, we will talk to you about what you want, what color is to your liking and all the details. We keep you in the loop - good old fashioned communication.
